Shipping Terms

We are happy to offer free standard ground shipping to all 50 US states.  We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes that are not available through USPS. We will provide you a tracking number for the delivery of your purchase/s and an adult signature will be required at the time of delivery. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is usually 5-10 business days. For areas outside the contiguous United States (Hawaii and Alaska), it may take more than 10 business days.  

We also offer 2-Day delivery and Next-Day delivery options which you can choose during the check-out process. Orders are processed during business hours from Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United states. 2-Day Delivery   ---------- $25 flat rate -  Order before 12 p.m. Pacific TimeNext-Day Delivery ------- $35 flat rate -  Order before 12 p.m. Pacific TimeTo process your order, please give us up to two business days to prepare your purchase for shipment. Shipping time is calculated from the time when the product leaves our warehouse to when it is delivered to you. This means that when you select the 2-Day Delivery option it will take 3-4 business days to receive your purchase. All delivery and shipping times are approximate. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays caused by courier service.

For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and P.O boxes, only our standard shipping option is available. For these locations, please allow additional time for delivery. Due to the size of the item and number of units, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an upgraded shipping option, your shipping cost will not exceed the one-time flat-rate. Each shipment will also have its own tracking number and needs delivery signature. If you want to purchase multiple items with shipping to multiple addresses, you need to place your orders for each address individually. 

We can ship your order outside the 50 States of the United States and internationally through the couriers that are available in US. The customer must pay all shipping costs and applicable fees. We recommend contacting the customs office of your destination before placing your order with us.
