Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to offer you high quality merchandise and want you to be happy with our products. We gladly accept returns for Designer handbag/purse/wallet items purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date inside the US and 45 days of the delivery date outside the US.
Please read the following terms, which apply to all returns and refunds:
Upon receiving your purchase, please check all the products immediately. If you received an item in error, or if any item is defective or damaged, you must notify us of the details of that error or damage via email within 48 hours after receiving the products. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels and related accessories. Purchases must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Any product that is incomplete, altered, or used will not be accepted by Neleni for return and will be sent back to the customer. To return a damaged product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions. Please keep your receipt for proof of sending.
If you do not like your purchase, you can return the undamaged product. To do so, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions. The item should be sent to us in original condition, unworn, unused and unaltered with all the packaging, labels, tags, and related accessories. Please make sure to provide your purchase receipt inside the package and keep your shipping receipt for proof of sending. If we do not receive the item within 30 (for orders within the US) or 45 days (for orders outside the US) after delivery date, we cannot issue a refund.
Neleni reserves the right not to accept the products which do not meet the aforementioned requirements. In this case, the refund will not be made, and your purchase will be sent back to you at your expense. After we receive a returned product, we will notify you via email in 1-2 business days whether we accept it or not. After accepting the item, a refund will be made to the original method of payment when you placed the order. Refunds may take up to 7 or more business days depending on the processing time of your bank. We suggest keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund.
If you decide to exchange your product after receiving it, please place an order for the new item and return the previous purchase. We will refund your purchase price when we receive the item. All the return terms explained above will be applied to your previous purchase. If you decide to exchange your order before receiving it, please read the following section “ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS.”
